Circuit MXGP

In Villars-sous-Écot, in the Doubs, Circuit MXGP sets up its track on the historic site of the Villars Moto-Club, regular host of the MXGP Motocross World Championship. The site sits in the Pays de Montbéliard, in a semi-rural setting typical of northern Doubs : bocage, pastures, the first foothills leading toward the Jura massif. It's a reference address for motorsport enthusiasts from the Grand Est and neighbouring German-speaking Switzerland.

The layout offers a technical course suited to sporting practice, in line with the MXGP site's motorsport philosophy (the track where the world's best motocross riders compete). Several kart engine sizes are available depending on driver profile, from entry-level models to punchier versions for regulars chasing timed sessions. Conditions shift with continental Franche-Comté weather : faster and drier in summer, more demanding on rainy and cold autumn or winter days. The site welcomes sessions among enthusiasts, motorsport-oriented stag and hen parties, corporate seminars, and regional championships.

Villars-sous-Écot is 15 minutes from Montbéliard, 30 from Belfort, and 50 from Mulhouse. The region offers plenty to extend the visit: Montbéliard and its historic centre (Christmas tree and traditional Christmas market), the Peugeot museum at Sochaux (Peugeot car collection), the Belfort citadel and its lion sculpted by Bartholdi, or a detour to Mulhouse and the Cité de l'Automobile (Schlumpf collection) or Basel in Switzerland an hour away.
