E-Kart

In Ghent, in the redeveloped Dok Noord district, E-Kart runs electric karts on a covered track of about four hundred and fifty metres. The karts, driven by onboard electronics, reach around forty-five kilometres per hour and prove both easy to handle and precise on a technical, high-grip layout. Children drive from six on suitable models, adults from sixteen.

The quiet and the lack of fumes from electric karts keep the air breathable even mid-race, a real plus for an indoor track.
