The circuit listings, their locations, their prices and all data gathered on this site form a database of which Kart-Map is the producer, within the meaning of Articles L341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Building, verifying and maintaining it represents a substantial investment.

Without prior written authorisation, the extraction of all or a substantial part of this database, on any medium and by any means, is prohibited, as is its re-utilisation by making it available to the public. The repeated and systematic extraction or re-utilisation of non-substantial parts is likewise prohibited.

This prohibition covers in particular any automated collection of these data, by any process whatsoever, with the exception of robots complying with the directives of the site's robots.txt file.
