Formulakart operates at 1 Queen's Promenade in North Shore, Blackpool (FY2 9RJ), on the Lancashire coast, 1.5 km north of Blackpool Tower. The 750-metre outdoor track is 9 metres wide and laid out as a bowl-shaped arena with multiple overtaking lines.
Twin-engined karts run beyond 60 mph, noticeably faster than standard single-engine karts. Junior karts cover younger drivers. Drivers from 8 years old (minimum 1.37 m / 4'6″).
