Grand Pier Go-Karts
About
Grand Pier Go-Karts runs from Marine Parade in Weston-Super-Mare (BS23 1AL), Somerset, on the landmark Grand Pier rebuilt in 2010 after the 2008 fire and stretching 366 metres into the Bristol Channel. The attraction trades under the Glo Karts name and ranks among the few indoor kart tracks set on a British Victorian seaside pier.
The indoor track runs 300 metres with 8 technical bends under UV lighting (Glo Karts, with the signature neon glow). Drivers from 12 years old and a minimum height of 1.40 m (4ft 7in). Crocs, sandals, and open-toed shoes are not permitted for safety. The Adult wristband includes one race, and the Ultimate wristband covers unlimited races. The Grand Pier brings several family attractions together on two floors: laser tag, mini-bowling, rides, arcade games, food, and refreshments. Contact 01934 620 238 or [email protected].
