Kart Planet Piemonte Srl

At the foot of the Cottian Alps, in Busca in the province of Cuneo in Piedmont, the Kart Planet Piemonte runs its outdoor track on the Saluzzese hills. The site sits in a picturesque setting typical of the Cuneo area: the first pre-mountain heights, peach and apple orchards, meadows and striking views over the Monviso (3,841 m). It is used by Cuneo and Saluzzo locals for outings with friends and by Cottian-Maritime Alps holiday-makers looking for a motorsport activity in an alpine setting.

In its outdoor format, the track offers a rhythmic layout suited to a range of skill levels, in the picturesque setting of the Saluzzese hills. Several engine sizes are available, from beginner karts for kids to punchier versions for regulars used to timed sessions. Conditions follow the Piedmontese continental climate: drier and faster in summer, more demanding on rainy autumn days or in spring rain. The site welcomes family taster sessions, kids' birthday parties, stag and hen groups and corporate events from the Cuneo area.

Busca is fifteen minutes from Cuneo, twenty-five minutes from Saluzzo and one hour from Turin. The region offers plenty more to see: Saluzzo capital of the medieval marquisate and its museums, the Castello della Manta among the Borghi più Belli d'Italia, the Sacra di San Michele heritage of the 'Sentieri Sabaudi', the Po Cuneese Park, the Monviso and the start of the trail leading to the sources of the Po, or a side trip to the alpine valleys (Po, Varaita, Maira) or Cuneo and its medieval porticoes.
