Marmari Go Kart Centre & Kids Park

In Marmari, between the beaches of Tigaki and Marmari on the island of Kos, the Marmari Go Kart Centre has run karts in the open air since 1993. The circuit lays out about five hundred metres mixing long fast straights and tight corners, wide enough to allow safe overtaking. Out the front, a small oval reserved for the youngest rounds out the site, so the whole family can find its track.

The fleet covers all ages: battery karts for three to six year-olds, mini karts for six to nine year-olds, then four-stroke models and two-stroke racing karts for adults. The track opens from ten in the morning to ten at night, with an open-air spectator area and a covered waiting space where snacks are served. Insurance cover applies to every driver on the circuit.

Kos, one of the great islands of the Dodecanese, is known for its long sandy beaches, its ancient sanctuary of Asclepius and the memory of Hippocrates, the father of medicine.
