Pista Jolly Park

Just outside Olbia, in Agrustos (Budoni) in the province of Sassari in Sardinia, the Pista Jolly Park runs an outdoor track on the north-eastern Sardinian coast, a short drive from the famous Costa Smeralda. The site sits in a coastal setting typical of the Gallura: Mediterranean scrub, holm oaks, crystal-clear sea and sandy dunes. It is used by Costa Smeralda or Budoni holiday-makers and by Gallura locals for outings with friends.

The outdoor track stretches over 920 metres, a rhythmic layout suited to a family audience, in the seaside setting of the Gallura. Several engine sizes are available, from beginner karts for kids to punchier versions for regulars used to timed sessions. Conditions follow the Sardinian Mediterranean climate: drier and faster in summer, sometimes windy on mistral days. The site welcomes family taster sessions, kids' birthday parties, stag and hen groups and group evenings for coastal holiday-makers.

Agrustos is thirty minutes from Olbia, thirty minutes from the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Cala di Volpe) and thirty minutes from San Teodoro. The region offers plenty more to see: the Costa Smeralda (Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Cala di Volpe, Cala Granu, Spiaggia del Principe), San Teodoro and the famous La Cinta beach, Olbia and its port, the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park (with its seven main islands), or a side trip to Tempio Pausania and the inland Gallura or Castelsardo (one of the Borghi più Belli d'Italia).
