Rudskogen Motorsenter

In Rakkestad, in Østfold, the Rudskogen Motorsenter is home to the longest outdoor karting track in Norway, an international layout of over one thousand two hundred metres. Set on the country's main motorsport venue, the karting track sits alongside a homologated car racing circuit and an off-road area for motocross and enduro. Petrol karts string laps together there on fast asphalt, in a setting built for racing.

The length and the demanding layout make it a benchmark playground for anyone who wants to drive seriously, from amateurs to seasoned drivers. The track also hosts competitions and track days, and takes in the outdoor track of a major Oslo karting centre during certain outings. Rakkestad lies in Østfold, south-east of Oslo, a short way from Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad and not far from the Swedish border.
