Kart1 claims the only outdoor asphalt track in Mazovia, in Siedlce. The layout runs to 546 metres and sixteen demanding turns, in a dynamic design that tests reflexes, precision and reading of the racing line. Driving is combustion-powered, on 270 cc karts of 9 hp that deliver sensations close to real racing. Entry is from one metre fifty, which makes it ground for teenagers and adults.

The asphalt and the open air give the track a genuine sporting character: you work the braking, hunt for the apex and string laps together to improve your time. The format suits duels among friends as much as group outings, and the layout rewards consistency rather than boldness alone. It is best to check the hours before coming, as the activity depends on the weather, like any outdoor circuit.

Siedlce, in eastern Mazovia, holds an unexpected treasure: the painting of the Ecstasy of Saint Francis attributed to El Greco, the only work by the master in Poland, displayed in the local museum. The main square, the town hall topped by its Jacek tower and the city parks round out the visit, about an hour by road from Warsaw. The Aleksandria landscape park, one of the oldest in Poland, and Siedlce's position on the Warsaw-Lublin axis make it a convenient stop on the road.
