Actionarena Marktzeuln

Actionarena runs an indoor karting venue in Marktzeuln, in the Lichtenfels district of Upper Franconia (northern Bavaria). At 4 Spitzbergweg, the centre brings together a Kart Arena, an events space and an in-house bistro for a multi-activity leisure offering.

Indoor Kart Arena for individual sessions and two-hour endurance races (2h Kart Rennen). A children's kart licence (Kinderkart Führerschein) for young drivers. In-house bistro and online booking. Corporate events and group bookings. Opening hours: closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday to Friday 3pm-10pm, Saturday 12pm-10pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm and public holidays 12pm-10pm. Marktzeuln lies 8 km south-east of Lichtenfels, in the Upper Main valley, 50 km north of Bamberg and 50 km south of Coburg. Bamberg, whose medieval old town was spared by the war, is a UNESCO site for its four-towered imperial cathedral and its old town hall set on the Regnitz. The Baroque basilica of Vierzehnheiligen, a masterpiece by Balthasar Neumann dedicated to the Fourteen Holy Helpers, stands 10 km south, near Banz Abbey. Coburg watches over the region with its fortress, the Veste Coburg, cradle of the House of Saxe-Coburg linked to the British crown. The Franconian Forest (Frankenwald) closes off the hinterland.
