Gabry Kart

Halfway between Rome and Naples, in Borgo Carso, a hamlet of Latina in Lazio, the Gabry Kart - Kartodromo e Mini GP runs an outdoor track in the Pontine plain. The site sits in a rural setting typical of the Agro Pontino: reclaimed plain, citrus groves, eucalyptus trees and the Tyrrhenian coast a short drive away. It is used by Lazio locals for outings with friends and by holiday-makers staying on the Pontine coastline.

In its outdoor format, the track offers a rhythmic layout suited to a range of skill levels, in the flat setting of the Agro Pontino. Several engine sizes are available, from beginner karts for kids to punchier versions for regulars used to timed sessions. The site also runs Mini GP on small-displacement motorcycles (a teaching format much appreciated by young riders). Conditions follow the Lazio Mediterranean climate: drier and faster in summer, more demanding on rainy days. The site welcomes family taster sessions, kids' birthday parties, stag and hen groups and young-driver training.

Borgo Carso is fifteen minutes from Latina, one hour from Rome and one hour from Naples. The region offers plenty more to see: the historic centre of Latina (a Rationalist new town), Sabaudia (also Rationalist) and its dunes (the Circeo National Park), Lake Fogliano, the Pontine Islands (Ponza, Ventotene) reachable from Anzio or Formia, or a side trip to Rome UNESCO or Naples UNESCO.
