Kartodromo di Artena

At the foot of the Lepini Mountains, in Artena in the province of Rome in Lazio, the Kartodromo di Artena runs an 850-metre outdoor track on the Castelli Romani. The site sits in a picturesque setting typical of the Castelli Romani: the first volcanic heights of the Lazio hills, olive groves, chestnut woods and a striking view over the Roman countryside and the Mediterranean in the distance. It is used by Romans for end-of-day sessions and by Rome-Castelli Romani holiday-makers looking for a motorsport break between ancient heritage and nature.

The outdoor track stretches over 850 metres, a layout suited to a range of skill levels, in the picturesque setting of the Castelli Romani. Several engine sizes are available, from beginner karts for kids to punchier versions for regulars used to timed sessions. Conditions follow the Lazio Mediterranean continental climate: a fast, dry track most of the year. The site welcomes family taster sessions, kids' birthday parties, stag and hen groups and corporate events from the Rome area.

Artena is forty-five minutes from Rome, one hour from Frosinone and one hour from Latina.
