KartGoo sets its track in the Fordon district of Bydgoszcz, along Fordońska street. The venue offers two levels of machine: standard karts of around nine horsepower to get started and have fun, and noticeably punchier sport versions, near thirty-six horsepower, for those who really want to attack. That lets you tune the outing to your mood and your experience.

To drive, you need to be at least 140 to 145 centimetres tall, and under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Closed shoes are required and a balaclava is available at reception, so safety is sorted before the start. The Grand Prix format lets you set up genuine races in a group, ideal for settling things among a bunch of friends. The track runs in the warmer months and takes a winter break from November to March, so it is best to check opening times before you come.

Bydgoszcz also reveals its natural side, especially from Fordon. The nearby Vistula valley, its viewpoints over the river and its trails invite a breather after the racing. The city centre, crossed by the Brda, adds its quays and its atmosphere, and Toruń, the birthplace of Copernicus with a UNESCO-listed Gothic centre, is just over half an hour away by road. As Poland's eighth-largest city, Bydgoszcz also has the sprawling Myślęcinek park, one of the country's largest urban green spaces, ideal for unwinding with the family.
