KLL Loisirs

In Douvrin, in the Pas-de-Calais, KLL Loisirs sets up its outdoor track at the heart of the former mining basin, halfway between Béthune and Lens. The site sits in a semi-rural setting typical of the northern mining basin : reconverted slag heaps, agricultural plains, reconverted industrial heritage. It's an address valued by mining basin residents heading out with friends and by industrial-zone businesses (near Douvrin and its FSEM factory, Renault supplier) for their team-building events.

The open-air layout extends across about 1,000 metres and offers a rhythmic course that lets you work on lines and braking in the open setting typical of the Artois Flanders plain. Several kart engine sizes are available depending on driver profile, from entry-level models for kids to punchier versions for regulars chasing timed sessions. Conditions shift with temperate oceanic weather : faster and drier in summer, more demanding on rainy days. Douvrin is 15 minutes from Béthune, 20 from Lens, and 30 from Lille.
