Racing Kart JPR

In Ostricourt, in the Nord, Racing Kart JPR sets up its outdoor track at the heart of the UNESCO-listed mining basin, halfway between Lille and Douai. The site sits in a semi-rural setting typical of the former coal basin : slag heaps, agricultural plains, reconverted industrial heritage. The region offers plenty to extend the visit: the UNESCO-listed Nord-Pas-de-Calais mining basin (twin slag heaps of Loos-en-Gohelle), the Louvre-Lens (museum), the historic centre of Douai and its UNESCO-listed belfry, or a detour to Lille and the Vieux-Lille, Arras and its UNESCO-listed Baroque squares.
