Pista Caudina Montesarchio

At the foot of Monte Taburno, in Montesarchio in the province of Benevento in Campania, the Pista Caudina runs an outdoor track in the famous Valle Caudina. The site sits in a rural setting typical of the Benevento Sannio area: the first Apennine heights, ancient olive groves, meadows and views over the Taburno (1,394 m) and Partenio massifs. It is used by Sannio locals for outings with friends and by Sannio-Benevento holiday-makers looking for a motorsport break in a historic rural setting.

The outdoor track suits adult and experienced drivers, in the picturesque setting of the Valle Caudina (famous in Roman history for the Caudine Forks, where the Roman army was humbled by the Samnites in 321 BC).
