VMax Karting Romexpo
About
In Bucharest, near the large Romexpo exhibition centre, the VMax Karting lays out an indoor track whose layouts reach up to seven hundred metres, adjustable depending on the configuration. You drive Sodi RSX and RSX2 electric karts, fitted with a boost button on the wheel that releases extra power for a few seconds on each lap. Enough to turn every pass into a little tactical battle.
The choice of electric changes the experience: no noise or smell, immediate acceleration and an easy feel from the first metres. The track runs sheltered in all weather, which makes it a safe outing whatever the capital's weather. It is an address built for groups of friends, families and company outings, in the north of the city.
Bucharest, the lively capital of Romania, lines up the gigantic Palace of the Parliament, the old town of Lipscani and the great parks such as Herăstrău, right by Romexpo. The VMax Karting is part of a Romanian network founded by a former Formula 2 driver, present in several towns of the country. It adds a dose of modern electric driving at the heart of the capital.
The sessions come as individual races and Grand Prix championships for groups, with time tracking on the in-house app. Set in the north of Bucharest, near Romexpo and the Arch of Triumph, the track is easy to reach and runs all year round. Between the great parks, the museums and the nightlife of the capital, the karting outing fits easily into a city programme.
