WhiteRiver Karting

In Collon, near Dunleer in County Louth, the WhiteRiver Karting lays out a large outdoor circuit designed to CIK and FIA standards: an international track of one thousand two hundred metres, rounded out by a club layout of nine hundred metres, eight metres wide. People drive rental Birel/ART N35 karts with petrol engines, nearly thirty percent lighter than traditional rental karts, designed for performance. The fast, homologated layout makes it one of the benchmark circuits of the east of Ireland.

The site is not limited to rental driving: it hosts race meetings, weekday and weekend testing, school and club outings, corporate events and stag and hen parties. Hire of the whole site is possible for groups, and gift vouchers are available. The length and width of the layout suit beginners as well as seasoned drivers out after the clock, on a circuit cut out for competition.

Collon and Dunleer lie at the heart of County Louth, the smallest in Ireland, in the heritage-rich Boyne valley, from the high crosses of Monasterboice to Mellifont Abbey. Easy to reach via exit twelve of the M1 motorway, between Drogheda and Ardee, the site is well linked to Dublin.
