WRT karting Kapelanka
About
WRT Karting opened its Kapelanka track in the underground car park of the Kaufland, on Kapelanka street, in the south of Kraków. It is a covered layout that runs all year, sheltered from the weather, fitted with 8 hp Sodi karts. Up to twelve karts can run at once, enough to set up real races among friends and enjoy a dynamic format right in the city.
This venue, named WRT 2.0, rounds out the brand's network in Kraków with a recent fleet and supervision designed for beginners and regulars alike. Online or phone booking, group formats and evenings with friends: the venue takes care over the experience and the timing, to compare your laps one after another. You come for the racing and the rematch that follows.
Kapelanka sits a short way from the Podgórze district and the Vistula, a few minutes from Kraków's historic centre. The Wawel hill with its castle, the medieval market square and the Kazimierz district are easy to reach, as is the UNESCO-listed Wieliczka salt mine, to extend the day in one of the most visited cities in Poland. The neighbouring Zabłocie district, with Schindler's factory turned museum, and the Krakus Mound offer another face of the city, away from the crowds of the old town.
