Kartcenter Dinslaken runs a hybrid facility that combines 1,300 metres of covered track and 1,200 metres of outdoor layout, that is 2,500 metres in total over 20,000 m², in Dinslaken, 20 km north of Duisburg, in the Ruhr basin. It is one of the most complete set-ups in northern North Rhine-Westphalia in combined length. The fleet lines up 200 cc, 6.5 hp SODI RT 8 karts for adults and SODI Junior karts with pedals and adjustable seats for drivers under 1.35 m.
On rates, the standard 13-minute adult ticket costs 18 euros, the 30-minute Long Run 38 euros, and the junior rate 14 euros for 10 minutes; bundles of 5 or 10 tickets are available, and races run from 8 people, 30 to 60 minutes, between 39 and 69 euros per driver. A hygienic head cover is compulsory at 3 euros, and a restaurant welcomes guests on site. The area unrolls the Route der Industriekultur, with the Bottrop Tetraeder and its panoramic walk over a former slag heap, and the Oberhausen Gasometer converted into an exhibition hall. Wesel keeps its Gothic cathedral and its ramparts, the Dutch border of Limburg is 30 km to the west, and the Hoge Veluwe National Park, in the Netherlands, 60 km to the west.
