VerifiedThe Görlitz-Ring – a kart track with real character! The circuit is about 900 m long and 8 m wide. Among its strengths: precise timing and lap counting thanks to a magnetic loop built into the track. Every run's data is recorded accurately by computer – and can even be printed out! Also worth mentioning: a solid pit complex with roller doors, accessible directly from the track. The very demanding counter-clockwise layout – with 2 fast and 3 slow left-hand corners, plus 2 fast and one slow right-hander – brings out the "Schumi" in every driver.
In recent years the track has been extended to offer even better conditions for the many races held here. It now features 2 extra straights and a hairpin. – Right then, to the grid!
